Notice of Intent - Middlebury Hardwood Products

PUBLIC NOTICE

Middlebury Hardwood Products, Inc. (w/ corp. office at 107 W. Franklin St., Elkhart, IN 46515) is submitting a NOI letter for our facility located at 101 Joan Drive, Middlebury, IN 46540, to notify the Indiana Dept. of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities.  Run-off from the facility will discharge to an unnamed retention area.  Questions or comments should be directed to Al Herzog at the above referenced Middlebury location.
