Notice is hereby given that Linda S. Slone and Wanda S. Mosley as Co-Personal Representatives of the above-named estate, have presented and filed a Final Account in final settlement of said estate and petition for distribution to the parties believed entitled thereto.

The same will come up for action by the Circuit Court on the 18th day of December, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. Any person interested in the estate or claiming any part of the estate as an heir or otherwise may appear on or before the date and time and show cause, if any there be, why the accounting or petition for distribution should not be approved.
