Notice is hereby given that KAREN JANE GARMAN As Personal Representative of the above named estate, has presented and filed a Final Account in final settlement of said estate and petition for distribution to the parties believed entitled thereto.

That same will come up for action by the Circuit Court on the 22 day of March, 2013, at 9:00 A.M. Any person interested in the estate or claiming any part of the estate as an heir or otherwise may appear on or before the date and time and show cause, if any there be, why the accounting or petition for distribution should not be approved.
