NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS

Greenfield Township, Indiana, has declared certain real estate owned by the Township to be surplus, and is offering same for sale pursuant to I.C. 36-1-11-5. Bids will be received by Greenfield Township beginning on the 19th day of February, 2013, in the office of the Trustee of Greenfield Township located at 5400 N SR 3, Howe, Indiana 46746. The sale will continue from day to day and culminate before the Township Board on or after the 4th day of March, 2013. The terms of the sale shall be cash, and the property involved is more fully described as that real estate in LaGrange County, State of Indiana, to-wit:

Lots 1, 2, 5 and 6 in BLK 9 of the Village of Brighton, Greenfield Township, aka Community Park, LaGrange County, Indiana.

The offering price is a total of Seven Thousand Six Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($7,600.00) for all four lots/parcels, plus all costs associated with sale, including title insurance, recording fees, and advertising costs.

The property may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under 36-1-11-16, and if a bid is submitted by a Trust, that bid must identify the beneficiaries of the Trust, and the Settlor empowered to revoke or modify the Trust.

This sale shall be conducted pursuant to I.C. 36-1-11.5, and Greenfield Township, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All interested parties are invited to submit their bids.
