NOTICE

The LaGrange County Commissioners will be accepting bids on

Monday, March 5, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. for the following:

One (1) Tandem and One (1) Single Axle Dump Truck Chassis

       Bids must be submitted with a Non-Collusion Affidavit.  Bids are for the amounts stated and must be accompanied by a bid bond if the bidder is an Indiana business or a certified check if the bidder is an out-of-state firm, in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of bid.

     The Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bid.   The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.  Bids will be taken at the hour of 9:30 a.m. local time on Monday, March 5, 2012 by the Commissioners in their regular meeting place in the LaGrange County Office Building, 114 W. Michigan Street, LaGrange, IN.  The County Auditor will receive bids until that time.
