MILLER, ERNEST & RUTH ANN ~ By: Ernest Miller(15-V-29) / (15-LUV-40): Clearspring Twp., Sect. 33, T36N R9E, zoned A-1. Located at 3070 W 700 S, Topeka. Application is to own and operate a dog breeding facility with up to 10 adult dogs, and to have a setback of 12’ from the west property line, the standard is 50’.
SCHLABACH, RAY & ELNORA ~ By: Ray Schlabach(15-V-30): Eden Twp., Sect. 09, T36N R8E, zoned A-1. Located at 3680 S 950 W, Topeka. Application is to build a covered porch 60’ from the center line of CR 950 W. The standard setback in an agricultural district is 80’.
