AMERICAN TOWER: By: Bonnie Blair(12-LUV-05): Newbury Twp., Sect. 9, T37N, R8E, zoned A-1. Located at south of the intersection of CR 400 E & 100 N. 1. Located on the west side of CR 400 E. Application is for a land Use Variance to place a Telecom Tower in an A-1 zone. 2. To place the tower closer to the north property line than 66%+25’ of the total height of the tower.
