RAMIREZ, MARCO ~ By: Marco Ramirez(13-V-03): Lima Twp., Sect. 14, T38N R9E, zoned A-1. Located 1125 W 700 N, Howe. Application is to use a 30' easement for ingress and egress. The standard easement for ingress and egress is 50' for a platted subdivision lot.
