BALL, JAMES ~ By: James Ball(12-V-34): Johnson Twp., Sect. 33, T36N R10E, zoned L-1. Located at north end of CR 215 E, Wolcottville. Application is for a 25' lake side setback on lot 10, a 28' and 13' lakeside setback on lot 11. Also a 7.5' side yard and a 21' roadside setback for lot 10. Lot 11 will also need a 7.5' side yard setback.

Application is for a free standing advertising sign 24' tall.  The maximum is 15'. And to exceed the total number of allowable sq. ft. by 197 sq. ft., for advertising, the maximum is 150 sq. ft. Alpha Building is asking for 347 sq. ft. in total.
