Sheriff sale set for Dec. 28

An unusual sheriff’s sale will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 28. Two items of personal property will be offered for sale to satisfy a court ordered payment in a domestic dispute.

Items to be sold are a 1996 Honda Goldwing motorcycle and a 2005 bass boat and trailer. Sheriff Martin has had the items appraised and the sale cannot be for less than 2/3 of the appraised value. Titles will be issued to the successful bidders.
