All are invited to this year’s Candlelight Christmas Service of Comfort and Hope on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at the First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange, 200 West Michigan Street, LaGrange.
Jointly sponsored by the First United Methodist Church, Parkview Hospice, and the First Presbyterian Church, an open reception with hors d’oeuvres is at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall and the service is at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. There is no cost.
Please join us in celebrating the Christmas Season while remembering loved ones who are no longer with us. Your loved one may have died recently or years ago. You are invited to bring a picture of them or a small memento to place on the table in front of the sanctuary during the worship service.
Remembering those who have given and shaped our gift of life adds meaning to our celebration of Jesus’ birth. Sharing this celebration with those who are experiencing their first Christmas without a loved one reminds us of the preciousness of each birth as we celebrate our Savior’s.
