LaGrangeCountyresidents are invited to take a few minutes and fill out a survey that will help shape the community’s parks system.
This survey asks the community’s opinion about the county’s parks and recreation facilities and programs. It also asks about participation, accessibility, and funding.
“We’d like to know more about how people use the parks and what changes they’d like to see in the future,” said Mike Metz from the LaGrange County Parks and Recreation Department.
All results gathered in this survey will be anonymous and all information is completely confidential. No information from these surveys will be used for any purpose other than park planning.
Residents have until Sept. 1 to respond to the online survey, which can be found at www. lagrangecountyparks.org. Printed copies of the survey are available at the parks department office.
A public meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, at Maple Wood Nature Center, 4550E 100S in LaGrange, to gather public input. The meeting is open to everyone.
