The LaGrange County Genealogical Society will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May14, in the community room of the LaGrange County Library on Spring St. in LaGrange. Anyone interested in genealogy or history is welcome to attend.
The program will be given by Bryan McCoy, president of the LaGrange Historical Society. He will talk about the materials and resources that are housed in the historical society building and the times the facility will be open to the public for research. The Shipshewana, Topeka and LaGrange historical societies continue to work to preserve the history of LaGrange County.
Anyone interested in history should consider joining the society nearest them.
