Fireman vs Deputies basketball game
Event Dates: February 8, 2013 - 7:00pm
Firefighters and sheriff’s deputies will hit the hardwood again this Friday for the 2nd Annual Firemen vs. Sheriff Basketball Game.
Tip-off will be 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, at Lakeland High School.
The game is being held as a fundraiser for Elijah Haven Crisis Center.
A second charity game is also scheduled for later in February as Lakeland FFA District Champs take on area law enforcement beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23. Proceeds from that game will go to support Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut.
