The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department was called shortly after 4 p.m. on March 24 regarding a family fight on CR 650N west of Twin Lakes.

The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department was contacted by Linda Short regarding theft from her bank account.

Donald Wilson, 83, Woodburn, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne.

Esther J. Eash, 74, formerly of Shipshewana, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Miller’s Merry Manor of LaGrange.

 (Hereinafter, a verbatim rerun of my 1/12/12 column, an exercise somewhat akin to peeing against the prevailing wind of reality in the USA.)

Shortly after 6 a.m. on March 21, Scott R. Poor, 57, of CR 450S was driving south on SR 9 near CR 500S when his vehicle lost traction on the snowy road.

Shortly before 11 p.m. on March 21, an officer from the LaGrange Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a Mitsubishi Eclipse on Michigan Street at Detroit Street.

Ralph R. Wilt Jr., 81, Wolcottville, died Saturday, March 22, 2014 in The Cedars, Leo.
