A mailbox on CR 205E, north of CR 400N, was blown up Saturday morning, prompting area officials to search for a white Chevy Tahoe or GMC Yukon-type vehicle.

The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department received a call from Prairie Heights High School Principal Jeremiah Swander regarding a student.

    Shortly before 2 a.m. on February 18, an officer from the LaGrange Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Townline Road and Grant St. in LaGrange.

It was the sixth time that LaGrange attorney Darin Schrock and his wife, Jolene, had traveled to Ethiopia. The first three times had been to adopt their three children.

Martha A. "Peachie" Guldin, 93, LaGrange, died Saturday, February 15, 2014 in Gilbert, Ariz.

Nadine H. Halsey, 87, LaGrange, died Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at her residence.
