Twelve young ladies from LaGrange County will be hoping to be crowned Miss LaGrange County on Saturday, July 7, at the LaGrange County 4-H Fair.
Bids for 10 technology related items were on the agenda for Monday’s county commissioners meeting. Nine items received bids. Total on the bids was $726,628.

On June 28, a LaGrange man was arrested for allegedly operating his vehicle in an unsafe manner while being intoxicated.

Recent Westview graduate Skyler Carpenter was named the 2011-12 Gatorade Indiana Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year this past week.
The 39th annual Topeka Fourth of July Softball Tournament will take place this Tuesday and Wednesday on the Topeka Town Park diamonds.
