Wawasee scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to nip Westview, 9-7 in varsity softball action Saturday afternoon in Syracuse.

 

Sabrina Whitaker won two events in leading the Westview varsity girls track team past West Noble and Wawasee last week.

 

Westview senior Skyler Carpenter was named to the All-NECC girls basketball team for the third consecutive season in a recent vote of the league’s coaches.

David and Goliath met once again in the 2A boys basketball regional at North Judson Saturday night.

Only this time, Goliath won.

 

Westview had history on its side Saturday against Adams Central in the semifinals of the North Judson regional.

 

 

The Lakeland gymnastics season came to an end Saturday with a fifth-place finish at the IHSAA sectional held in Syracuse.

It was a happy Senior Night at Lakeland last Friday, as upperclassmen Tim Abbott and Jalen King led the Lakers to a 48-25 triumph over the visiting Angola Hornets.

 

Arnas Zabarauskas poured in 25 points and Conner Geiser tossed in 22 to lead The Howe School varsity boys basketball team past Howardsville Christian, 71-55 last Thursday.
