Students from the Lakeland DECA Business Club spent a chilly evening the first weekend of November outside at the First Church of God, raising over $2,000.

LaGrange County Commissioners appointed a new county highway superintendent Monday morning. Randy VanWagner, previously the highway foreman, was appointed to the position.
