Westview schools discuss community input

Westview School Corporation is looking at getting community input on the district’s educational programming and strategic plans for the future.

Similar input was sought back when the district was looking at building a new facility – Meadowview Elementary. This time, Superintendent Dr. Randy Zimmerly said, the input will be to look at how residents feel the district is doing in education and areas residents may feel need changes or improvements.

No timeline has been set for the process. The board was briefed on the merits of doing an extensive strategic planning process.
