Westview golf team competes at Heron Creek

Fairfield and Angola each forged NECC boys golf wins over Westview Tuesday evening at Heron Creek Golf Course in LaGrange.

Led by Zach Hochstedler’s medalist round of 39, the Falcons topped the Warriors, 170-191. The Hornets came in three strokes lower than Westview, 188-191.

Denis Weirich paced the Warriors with a 44.

In the junior varsity match, Fairfield fired a team score of 188 to best both Angola (204) and Westview (219). Zac Carmack had a 49 for the Warriors.
