Westview boys outscores Central Noble

 

Westview remained perfect in NECC boys basketball play Saturday night with a 66-56 win over visiting Central Noble.

The Warriors rolled to a 15-6 lead after one period and never looked back, building up margins of 26-15 and 42-28 at the next two period breaks.

Kyle Miller poured in 20 points to spearhead the Warrior offense. The senior guard netted 14 of his markers in the third quarter.

Joining Miller in double figures were Jordyn Bontrager with 13 points, Nic Raber with 12 and Chandler Aspy with 11. Bontrager also racked up nine assists and Aspy snatched nine rebounds.

Central Noble’s Alex Vice led all scorers in the contest with 21 points. Swishing 15 tallies apiece were Connor McCoy and Brock Noe.

Westview stands 4-1 overall.
