Trella M. VonOlnhausen, 90, Howe, died Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Miller’s Merry Manor.
She was born July 4, 1923, in LaGrange County, to Emanuel and Emma (Weirich) Howard.
Living all her life in LaGrange County, she was a homemaker and member of Calvary Chapel Fellowship in Stroh.
She was married September 12, 1948, in Shipshewana, to William E. VonOlnhausen. He preceded her in death on September 23, 1998.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Ann and David Guldin, Adrian, Mich.; a daughter-in-law, Debra VonOlnhausen, Batavia, Ill.; and a brother and sister-in-law, Lester K. and Bonnie Howard of Laurinburg, N.C.; three nieces, Marietta (Ralph) Abston, Martha Jane (Gary) Rausch and Lisa (Carey) Ready and a nephew, Martin (Barb) Burgi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, James E. VonOlnhausen, one sister, Florence Burgi-Shigley, and one niece, Debra Teague.
Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, at Frurip-May Funeral Home in LaGrange.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 28, at Frurip-May Funeral Home in LaGrange with Reverend Gary Rifenburg officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Howe.
Memorials may be directed to Calvary Chapel Fellowship or donor’s choice.
