Town of Topeka Park Plan public meeting March 16

The Town of Topeka Park Board invites the public to provide input for the Five-Year Park Master Plan at a public meeting to be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 16, in the Topeka Town Hall.

“A draft of the plan for the next 5 years is finished,” according to Park Board President Cathy Stoltz. “We’d like to receive input from the public about the decisions we have made concerning the park system.”

At the meeting, a brief overview of the plan will be presented, including the specific actions the park board intends to take over the next five years. The public will be able to ask questions and to provide comments before the park plan is finalized.
