NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of LaGrange County, Indiana, in Cause No. 44C01-1111-MF-96, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association was plaintiff and Debra L. Dunlap, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10 A or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 0875 S SR 9, LaGrange, IN 46761, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Lagrange County, Indiana:
Out Lot 1 less the North 206 feet in the Plat of McClasky’s Eastern Addition to LaGrange as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 20, and Deed Record 20, page 495, in the records of LaGrange County.
Also, the North 6 feet of vacated Lake Street as shown on the said plat of McClasky’s Eastern Addition.
