Sharon M. Ringler, 72, Mongo, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne, Ind.
She was born March 8, 1942, in Bronson, Mich., to Virgil Sr. and Ocie (Moser) Dunkel.
Living most of her life in the LaGrange County area, she was a homemaker and member of the Mongo Lions Club.
She was married October 4, 1964, in LaGrange, to Samuel C. Ringler. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, John C. Ringler, Mongo, and Frank L. and Pat Ringler, Fremont, Ind.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five sisters, Darlene Witham, Howe, Joyce Aldrich, LaGrange, Kathryn (Douglas) Hill, LaGrange, Peggy (William) Baker, White Pigeon, Mich., and Cynthia A. Dunkel, Howe; three brothers, Virgil W. Dunkel Jr., LaGrange, Douglas R. Dunkel, Angola, and Joseph Dunkel, Howe; and a sister-in-law, Lee Dunkel, LaGrange.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dan Dunkel.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 19, at Frurip-May Funeral Home in LaGrange with Pastor Matt Dvorachek officiating.
Burial will be in Mongo Community Cemetery at a later date.
