osemary Margret Hirsch, 94, Hot Springs, Ark., died Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
She was born December 26, 1917, in Bear Creek, Wisc., to Louis A. and Margret (Duff) Hoffman.
After moving to LaGrange, she married Jesse Drake. They were among the original founders of the Northeastern Indiana Steam and Gas Show in LaGrange County. She helped set up the flea market part of the event. Living in Hot Springs, Ark., since 1983, she was an active member of Tops and the Congregation House of Israel from 1993-2007 with her husband Charles Hirsch. She was a resident of Country Club Village for the last five years.
Surviving are her daughters, Ruth Stasiak (Steve), Nancy Leitner (Robert), and Judy Tennant (Thomas); a son-in-law, Donald Knabe (Marsha); six grandchildren, Dawn Ognibene-Parquette, Benjamin Weber Jr., Anthony Ognibene, Steve Stasiak II, Neil Weber, and James Stasiak; seven great-grandchildren, Ethan Stasiak, Samantha Stasiak, Shane Conely, Andrea Haight, Dante Ognibene, Neil Weber Jr., Victoria Stasiak, and Regan Stasiak; and close friends Harold and Rose Lowe, LaGrange.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Steve Andersen, her second husband, Jesse Drake, her third husband, Charles Hirsch, and one daughter, June Knabe.
Services were held September 26 at Gross Funeral Home in Hot Springs, Ark.
Burial is in Crestview Memorial Park, Hot Springs, Ark.
