Prairie Heights boys soccer kicks Eastside

Prairie Heights continued its winning ways on the soccer pitch this past Tuesday night at Eastside, as the Panthers blanked the Blazers, 3-0.

Christian Granados’ goal with 13:37 left in the opening half broke up a scoreless tie. Marco Faltermeier collected an assist on the tally.

Five minutes into the second half, Enrique Castro increased the Heights advantage to 2-0 with a goal off an assist from Faltermeier. A few minutes later, Granados netted his second goal of the match, again with an assist from Faltermeier.

Winning keeper Tyler Gingerich was credited with a save in the shutout, which pushed the Panther season record to 4-0-1.
