Praire Heights boys out-slug Fremont

Jacob Heller drove in two runs with a triple, a double and a single, leading Prairie Heights to an 11-4 NECC baseball victory over visiting Fremont last Thursday.

Quinten Bland also had three hits and knocked in a run for the Panthers. Jared Beechy and Corey Johnson both collected two hits and two RBI, Dylan Stayner and David Shannon each lined RBI safeties, and Joey Barry plated two runs.

That proved to be plenty of support for winning pitcher Bo Murphy, who scattered seven hits, walked none and struckout three in seven frames.
