The plan commission was updated on continuing issues at the Joshua Miller property on US 20 east of LaGrange. Zoning Administrator Bob Shanahan told the commission that he visited the location after getting reports of items stored out in front of the buildings, as well as an expansion of the driveway and continued accumulation of items.

Shanahan told the commission that he met with Miller to discuss the original agreement that Miller had signed and what he needed to do to be in compliance. Shanahan said that he gave Miller 30 days from April 25 to clean up the area. Shanahan will report on the progress of the property at the May Plan Commission meeting.
