Pearl A. Wingstrom, 94, Wolcottville, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Wedgewood Pines in South Bend, Ind.
She was born July 30, 1918, in LaPorte, Ind., to Adolf A. and Ethel (Kiff) Strieter.
Moving from LaPorte, Ind., to Dallas Lake in Wolcottville in 1986, she was a homemaker and member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in LaGrange and the LaGrange Tuesday Bridge Club. She was a former member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in LaPorte, Ind.
She was married April 2, 1941, in Chicago, Ill., to Donald E. Wingstrom. He preceded her in death on August 4, 2006.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffrey and Marilyn Wingstrom and Greg and Pam Wingstrom, all of Wolcottville; five grandchildren, Jenny (Dan) Mains, Josh Wingstrom, Luke Wingstrom, Julie Wingstrom and Cathy Wingstrom; two great-grandchildren, Nick and Alyssa Mains; two sisters, Doris Hucksted, LaPorte, Ind., and Pat Storrer, Largo, Texas; and one brother, Skip Strieter, Hanna, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and two brothers.
Private burial will be in Woodruff Grove Cemetery, rural Wolcottville.
