Northridge shaded Westview, 4-3 in a varsity baseball thriller played last Friday in Emma.

The Warriors scored twice in the bottom of the seventh and had the bases loaded with two outs when Northridge reliever Peyton Carson induced a game-ending force out at third.
Kennedy pitched the initial five innings for Northridge to earn the win. Kennedy allowed just three hits, walked three and whiffed three.
Weaver started on the mound for Westview, giving up six hits and striking out six in five innings. Derrike Johns and Jake Berkey each pitched an inning of relief for the Warriors.
