Merle Schrock

Merle Leon Schrock, 71, Middlebury, died Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at his residence.

    He was born January 12, 1944, in Goshen, to Harry and Marie (Mishler) Schrock.

    He worked in the transportation department at Coachman for 29 years, starting out as a driver and later worked in the office.  Surviving are two daughters, Crysta (Reggie) Beachy, Rolette, N.D., and Larisa (Lance) Dell, Middlebury; three sons, Grant (Rhonda) Schrock, Wakarusa, Ind., Quinn (Katrina) Schrock, Topeka, and Joel (Gloria) Schrock, Jesup, Ga.; 18 grandchildren; the mother of his children, Esther Walter, Goshen; four sisters, Iola Schrock, Middlebury, Ellen (Wilbur) Mishler, Shipshewana, Waneta (Wilbur) Miller, Middlebury, and Betti Kauffman, Ephrata, Penn.; and three brothers, Harry Schrock, Shipshewana, Francis (Eloise) Schrock, Goshen, and Marion (Eleanor) Schrock, Goshen.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Beulah Schrock, and two grandchildren.

    Funeral service was held Sunday, April 19, at Woodlawn Mennonite Church in Goshen.

    Burial is in Forest Grove Cemetery, Middlebury.
