McKenna McGraw of Prairie Heights earned a spot on the All-NECC girls golf list Saturday by finishing fourth in the league’s annual tournament played at Cedar Lake Golf Course near Howe.
McGraw carded an 18-hole total of 99, one stroke better than Jessica Mofield of Fremont and Alayna Fritchley of Fairfield, and only two off the round of 97 shot by third-place finisher Kelsie Robinson of Fairfield. Mary Shipley fired an 84 to easily win medalist honors, while Hannah Van of Angola took second with a 95.
Another Lady Panther -- Kelsey Younce – finished 15th overall with a 111. The placing garnered Younce honorable mention honors.
Bethany Foley (124), Shantell Asher (147) and Marissa Richardson (155) also competed for Prairie Heights.
Fairfield coasted to the team championship with a score of 389. Angola was second with a mark of 417.
