Margaret L. Troyer, 83, LaGrange, died Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Parkview LaGrange Hospital.
She was born February 28, 1929, in Howe, to Irvin W. and Edna L. (Young) Shultz.
Living all her life in LaGrange County, she was a homemaker and bookkeeper at the former Home Grain Company. She was a member of the LaGrange First United Methodist Church, Martha-Rebekah Circle of the church, and the Johnson Township Home Extension Club. She was also a former 4-H leader.
She was married July 1, 1951, in Howe, to Daniel F. Troyer. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen Sue and Rodney Bauermeister, Howe, and Sandra Kay and Glenn Lovejoy, White Pigeon, Mich.; one son and daughter-in-law, Kim L. and Pamela Troyer, Clinton Township, Mich.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one sister and brother-in-law, Betty Jane and Walter Ibbotson, Denver, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Kathryn Waltz, and four brothers, William, Allen, Ralph and Homer Shultz.
Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 8, at Frurip-May Funeral Home in LaGrange.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, November 9, at LaGrange United Methodist Church with Reverend Chris Danielson officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, LaGrange.
