On Nov. 21, deputies from the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department attempted service of outstanding warrants for Cody Conley, 20, at a residence on Booth Dr. in Wolcottville.
According to the police report, deputies made contact at the residence and while taking Conley into custody located a substance in plain view which they believed to be marijuana. Deputies also located paraphernalia associated with the use of marijuana in plain view. Consent to search was granted by the homeowner and other items associated with the use of controlled substances were located within the residence.
Conley was taken into custody for the outstanding warrants and charges for Possession of Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance were filed with the LaGrange County Prosecutor’s office.
