Loud noise leads to drug bust

On Jan. 2 officers from the Wolcottville Police Department responded to a loud noise complaint in the 100 block of Second St. in Wolcottville.  According to the police report, investigation led to the discovery of marijuana and paraphernalia at the location. As a result of the investigation, Timothy J. Criswell, 29, was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Class D felony, and Thomas J. Miller, 37, was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Class D felony, Possession of Marijuana with Prior Offense, a Class D felony, and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.

    Both subjects were taken to the LaGrange County Jail.
