Linda L. Smith, 71, Royer Lake, died Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at her residence.
She was born June 25, 1941, in Elkhart, Ind., to Laurel R. and Mary Blanche (Frick) Kendall.
She worked in data processing for General Telephone and Seyfert’s Potato Chips, both in Ft. Wayne. She moved from New Haven, Ind., to Royer Lake in 1991 and was a member of the Wawaka Church of the Brethren.
She was married November 5, 1960, in Wawaka, Ind., to Charles L. Smith Jr. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Charles L. Smith III, LaGrange; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Marilyn Elkins, Antwerp, Ohio, and Patce and Keith Bobeck, Topeka; and one brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Charmaine Kendall, Wawaka.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, July 13 at Frurip-May Funeral Home in LaGrange.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Frurip-May Funeral Home in LaGrange with Deacon John Robinette officiating.
Burial will be in Cosperville Cemetery, Wawaka.
