Local seniors are invited to a Senior Hawaiian Lunch at Life Care Center of LaGrange on Friday, May 16, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The meal will be grill-style, with hamburgers, hot dogs and traditional sides. Attendees are also invited to wear their favorite appropriate Hawaiian attire.
The lunch will be free with the donation of a non-perishable food item. All donations will go to the LaGrange County Council on Aging.
The Hawaiian lunch is just part of the activities Life Care Center of LaGrange has scheduled for National Nursing Home Week, which begins on Mother’s Day and runs through May 17.
