President & CEO
LaGrangeCountyEconomic Development Corporation
To the Editor:
The board and staff of the LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation would like to thank all of the members of our LaGrange County real estate community who attended our first-ever Open House on Wednesday, March 14, here at the LCEDC offices.
The LCEDC and our local brokers, agents, realtors, auctioneers, and site and building owners must work hand-in-hand to further the economic opportunities for LaGrange County and our communities. The LCEDC is hard at work creating the right environment for economic development to occur in LaGrange County, which we accomplish through our efforts at business attraction, business retention and expansion, entrepreneurial development, improving our local quality of life, and through enhancing our local tax base. When we are successful, our community prospers, and with that, more homes sell, more empty buildings fill up, and new builds occur. In order for us to prosper however, the LCEDC needs this buy-in from our community.
We would also like to specially recognize Denise Scott from Lewis and Lambright Auctioneers and Realtors; Mark Ulrich from Stanner Appraisal Service, Inc. and the Zacher Co.; and Joy Sharp and Irene Lutz from Real Living Homes and Beyond for giving of their time to help make our event a success!
Thank you again for your support. To find out more about the LCEDC or about how we partner with our local real estate community, visit our website at www.lagrangecountyedc.com or give us a call at 260-499-4994.
