On Saturday, July 13, the Lakeland Football Association held its fifth annual golf scram-ble at Heron Creek Golf Club. Proceeds from the event will support the football teams at Lakeland High School and Lakeland Middle School.
The players would like to thank event organizer Jason Schackow as well as Stacy Priestley, Elisa Schackow, Amy Thompson, Carlos Olivares, Chris Keil, and the staff at Heron Creek for putting on a great event. We would also like to thank the 60 golfers that hit the links to benefit the young men in our community.
