 Dear Editor:

Focus LaGrange is in the midst of planning the 2nd Annual Super Bowl Chili Shuffle. This event will take place in the following locations in the Town of LaGrange; Carney Decorating, Our Place Café, Courtside and Chicago Joe’s, on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 2-4 p.m.

There is a fee to enter your award winning chili. The entrant or someone helping, must be present with your chili from 2-4 at your assigned location. You may bring your own chili embellishments. See Cheryl Albergo at Chicago Joe’s to enter.

Tickets to be a chili tester are available with discount tickets for children under 12 years of age.

Prizes for the winners are $250.00 for 1st place, $150.0 for 2nd, and $50.00 for 3rd. At 5:00 pm there will be an awards presentation with door prizes for those that have purchased ‘tasting’ tickets and are present.

We had a wonderful turn out at last year’s event, and hope to have everyone come out and join in the fun.
