Leslie Hayward

    She was born August 1, 1955, in Butler, Ind., to Howard and Kathleen (Havialand) Blaine.

    She was a graduate of Eastside High School and was an IT manager at Flint and Walling for 19 years.

    She was married November 1, 1980 to Mark D. Hayward. He survives.

    Also surviving are one son, Toby (Jennifer) Hayward, Topeka; two daughters, Kim (Fiance Jody Traster ) Treesh, South Milford, and Tatum  (Toby)  Kissinger, Edon, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Austin, Tori, Kiera, Mallory, Kailey, Chase, and Logan; one great-grandchild, Amiyah; two brothers, Lynn (Debbie) Blaine, Kendallville, and Lee (companion Connie Budden) Blaine, Hamilton,Ind.; and an aunt and uncle, Dick and Janet Frakes, Butler, Ind.

    Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Stroh Church of God.

    Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Stroh Church of God with Reverend Steve Bahrt officiating.

    Memorials may be directed to the Stroh Fire Dept.
