Larry J. Moser, 77, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Born in Fort Wayne, Ind., He was a Korean War veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a cost analyst with Navistar for many years, retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Mary of the Angels and past member of Our Lady of Good Hope and St. Charles Borromeo Catholic churches.
Surviving are his wife, Elaine Moser, Wolcottville; two sons, Michael (Rebecca) Moser, Ft. Wayne, and Mark (Ling) Moser, Daly City, Calif.; five grandsons, Nick, Mark, Kyle, Austin and Noah; one sister, Phyllis Vodde, Sun City, Fla.; and a sister-in-law, Carolyn Moser, South Bend, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Mary Moser, two brothers, Ronald and William (Billy) Moser, and one sister, Sally Moser.
Visitation is 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, January 10, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 4:30 pm.and 10-11 a.m. Friday, January 11, at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church in Ft. Wayne.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, January 11, at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church in Ft. Wayne with Reverend Mark Gurtner officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Ft. Wayne.
Memorials may be directed to the Pretty Lake Conservation Club for weed control or for Masses.
