The following persons recently appeared before the Honorable Scott VanDerbeck in the LaGrange Circuit Court:

Joshua L. Miller, charged with Possession of Paraphernalia, a class A Misdemeanor, sentenced 1 year jail time, suspended except 50 days, 315 days probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $168.

Jacob David Oury, charged with Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, a class C Misdemeanor, Ct. I of Visiting a Common Nuisance, a class B Misdemeanor, sentenced 30 days jail time, 90 days probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $191, 16 community service.

Charles R. Krontz, charged with Conversion, a class A Misdemeanor, sentenced 6 moths jail time, suspended, 3 months probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $191, 32 hours community service.

Kayla D. Wallace, charged with Ct. I Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a class D Felony, Ct. II Possession of Marijuana, a class A Misdemeanor, sentenced 1 and a half years jail time for Ct. I, 15 months suspended, sentenced 6 months for Ct. II, 3 months suspended, 1 year probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $191.

Jayden W. Christner, charged with Ct. I Dealing in Marijuana, a class C Felony, sentenced 4 years jail time, 1 year suspended, 1 year probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $169, 24 hours community service.

Daniel R. Moshier, charged with Ct. III of Conversion, a class A Misdemeanor, sentenced 1 year jail time, 118 days to be executed, 6 months probation which is consecutive to the Elkhart County Probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $167.

Henry Love, charged with Theft, a class D Felony, sentenced 1 and a half years jail time, 1 year suspended, 1 year probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $191.

Anthony James BrandenBerger, charged with Ct. III Possession of Paraphernalia, a class A Misdemeanor, sentenced 1 year jail time, suspended, 1 year probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $191, 60 hours community service.

Austin Huffman, charged with Possession of Methamphetamines, a class D Felony, sentenced 3 years jail time, 2 years suspended, 2 years probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $168.

Kelsey M. Summers, charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance, a class B Misdemeanor, but withholds the Judgment of Conviction, sentenced 180 days jail time, suspended, 180 days probation, ordered to pay all fine and court costs of $191.

Jaycyn T. Shultz, charged with Ct. II Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a class C Felony, sentenced 8 years with Indiana Department of Correction, 4 years suspended, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $266, 72 hours community service.

Blake E. Gayton-Begley, charged with Ct. I Possession of Paraphernalia, a class A Misdemeanor, but withholds adjudication of conviction, sentenced 1 year jail time, suspended, probation for a period of the suspended sentence, ordered to pay all fines and court fees of $168.
