LaGrange Circuit Court News

 

The following people have recently appeared before the Honorable J. Scott VAnDerbeck in the LaGrange Circuit Court:

Stephanie Murillo, charged with conversion, a class A misdemeanor, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 90 days of probation, is ordered to pay fines and court costs that adds up to $72, and is to apply for at least one job a per day until unemployment is secured.

Jason Miller, charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, a class C misdemeanor, was sentenced 30 days jail time, 6 months of probation, is ordered to pay $238 in fines and court costs, 24 hours of community service, and attend and complete the Amish Youth Vision Projection.

Donald Fugate, charged with non-support of a dependant child, a class D felony, sentenced one and a half years jail time, 16 months of probation, is ordered to pay fines and court costs up to $417, ordered to pay all required child support payment while on probation.

Jasmine Hunt, charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, a class C misdemeanor, sentenced 30 days jail time, 60 days of probation, ordered to pay fines and court costs up to $218, and obtain a substance abuse evaluation and follow any and all recommended treatment.

Even Croy, charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, a class C misdemeanor, 30 days of jail time, 90 days probation, pay all fines and court costs adding up to $241, 16 hours of community service, and obtain a substance evaluation and complete any/ all recommendations.

Daniel Dumont, charged with illegal possession of alcohol, a class C misdemeanor, 30 days jail time, 6 moths probation, pay all fines and court costs adding up to $217, failure to successfully complete probation will result in a judgment of conviction being entered.

James Covington, charged with possession of methamphetamines, a class D felony, sentenced two and a half years in jail with two years suspended then three years with two years suspended with credit for time served, 3 years probation, ordered to pay fines and court costs adding up to $268.

Adrian Brandenberger, charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, a class C misdemeanor, sentenced 30 days jail time, 180 days of probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $218, and is to attend 6 AA meetings during probation.

 Naomi Zehr, charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, a class C misdemeanor, sentenced 30 days jail time, 180 days of probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $268, and is to complete 24 hours of community service.

Kevin Miller, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, a class C misdemeanor, sentenced 30 days jail time, 1 year of probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $268.

Burt Watson, charged with 3 counts of conversion, resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor, theft, a class D felony, sentenced 10 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, 5 and half years suspended on probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $269.

Conrad Frey, charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, a class C misdemeanor, sentenced 30 days jail time, 60 days of probation, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $241, and is to attend 4 AA meetings.

Rachael Gieber, charged with battery, a class A misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, sentenced to time served in jail, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $168, and is ordered to write a letter of apology to Officer Clark within 30 days of plea date.

Brandon Horrell, charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, sentenced to time served in jail, ordered to pay all fines and court costs of $266.

Amy Clawson, charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, sentenced 180 days jail time, 178 of probation, ordered to pay all fine and court costs of $226.
