Jimtown pulled away from The Howe School, 73-35 in varsity boys basketball Tuesday night in Elkhart.
Leading by four (16-12) after one period, the host Jimmies reeled off a 20-7 run in the second stanza to take a commanding, 36-19 advantage into the halftime break. Jimtown backed that up with a 17-9 spurt in the third quarter, boosting the difference to 25 points (53-28).
Nick Floyd and Mason Brown sparked the Jimmie offense with 19 and 17 points, respectively.
Arnas Zabarauskas poured in 25 points to lead Howe.
