Bryan Iddings was recently hired as the assistant principal for Parkside Elementary School.
He grew up in Northeastern Indiana and has been married to his wife Dorothy for 29 years. They have a 27-year-old son.
Iddings retired after spending 23 years in the military service, working mainly as a base-level troubleshooting specialist for the U.S. Air Force.
Since his retirement, he has taught at many levels, including post-secondary institutions. He has always used Project Based Learning (PBL) as a part of his instruction, and recently spent two years serving as a coach for PBL in seven Northeast Indiana counties (including LaGrange).
Iddings looks forward to working with the Parkside teachers to help them reach more students.
