Sue Glick's dedication to preserving Hoosier values has been recognized by Indiana Right to Life and the National Rifle Association – both groups announced last week they are endorsing her in the upcoming primary election on May 8.
"We are thankful for Senator Glick's support for historic pro-life advances in Indiana, including her support for the removal of all state funding for abortion businesses in Indiana," said Indiana Right to Life Executive Director Michael Fichter.
Ashley Varner of the National Rifle Association had this to say: "Senator Sue Glick is an outstanding supporter of Hoosier gun owners. Hoosiers have enjoyed a period of enormous victories for firearm legislation in Indiana and Senator Glick has been an important asset to those victories, scoring a perfect voting record with the National Rifle Association."
"Protecting our common-sense Hoosier values is and always will be a priority for me and my Senate Republican colleagues, and I'm pleased to receive the endorsement of Indiana Right to Life and the National Rifle Association," Glick stated.
Earlier this week Indiana Business for Responsive Government, the non-partisan political program of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, announced its endorsement of Glick, saying she "is a very effective and committed lawmaker who understands that job creation and economic growth must be top priorities for our state."
