Gaylord L. Miller, 82, Topeka, died Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Parkview LaGrange Hospital.
He was born January 5, 1931, in Elkhart County, to Ivan and Erma (Miller) Miller.
He was a farmer and worked at Wolfe Grain in Shipshewana and drove truck for Edd's Supply. He was a member of Emma Mennonite Church.
He was married October 24, 1954, at Clinton Frame Church in Goshen, to Marilyn Miller. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Crystal Jones and Ceana (Troy) Dowdy, both of Shipshewana; four sons, Craig (Peg) Miller, Shipshewana, Cameron (Kari) Miller, Middlebury, Cecil (Pam) Miller, Shipshewana, and Chad (Lora) Miller, Shipshewana; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandsons; two sisters, Carol (Allen) Zehr, Bedford, and Evelyn (Ellsworth) Byler, Sturgis, Mich.; and two brothers, Maurice (Norma) Miller, Topeka, and Larry (Fran) Miller, Topeka.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Delmer and Ronald Miller.
Funeral services were held Thursday, October 3, at Emma Mennonite Church in Topeka with Reverend Gene Hartman and Reverend Derrick Ramer officiating.
Burial is in Miller Cemetery, Shipshewana.
